They charge us pros for cancellations that are out of our hands with no regards as to what the situation is. you can be in an accident or have car trouble and they don't care. after charging the customer 100 percent more than what they pay the pro. they also don't give any form of contact to the customer until it's late to cancel the booking and they charge. Booking says it's 100 pounds or less for the job when you get there it's building an entire 16' by 20' gazebo. They weigh nearly 500lbs!

when this was owned by HANDY it was amazing. Now I'm just hanging around waiting on the class action law suit. you won't make any money on this app now. Jobs are ridiculously priced and have to fight to get paid. If you don't mind them giving you less than a third of the price not pay you when customer cancels when your already on site but they still charge customers fee, but will charge you $20 if you cancel with in 24 hrs. customer service are idiots!! stay away you have been warned!!

Constantly having problems. Messaging system works 50% of time at best. WORST OF ALL IS GETTING PAID! My time with Angi came to an abrupt end. Not even close to enough time for job given. After being there 5 hours, I got with support before leaving property so there would be GPS verification i was there. Also explained how job needed more time. Customer called them the next day and said I never showed for job. They took my pay away. I removed app and never looked back.
